    Jeffrey Célavie provides AI-generated astrological readings and predictions ("Predict products") based on birth data you provide. These include:

    • Free reading — a summary of your Western, Vedic, and Chinese astrological signs
    • Predict products — detailed AI-generated predictions for love, work, life changes, or a full prophecy

    All readings and predictions are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

    3. Not Professional Advice

    Jeffrey Célavie does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Nothing on this platform should be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation. Astrology readings are not a substitute for professional judgment in any domain.

    4. Paid Products

    Predict products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. By purchasing a Predict product, you agree that:

    • The product is a digital download / digital service, delivered immediately
    • You waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered
    • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required

    Payments are processed by Stripe or, for orders placed from India, by Dodo Payments acting as merchant of record. Their respective terms apply to the payment transaction.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or data
    • Use automated tools to interact with the service
    • Misrepresent your identity or provide false birth data

    All content, design, and AI-generated outputs on this platform are owned by or licensed to the operator of Jeffrey Célavie. Your personal prediction is provided to you for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lazy Factory Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
