Digital Products — No Refunds
Jeffrey Célavie's Predict products (Love, Work, Life Change, Full Prophecy) are digital goods generated and delivered immediately upon payment completion.
All sales are final. Because the prediction is generated and delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
How We Verify Delivery
Every order is logged in our system. We track:
- Payment confirmation timestamp
- Prediction generation status
- Email delivery status
- Access to the result page
If our records show that your prediction was successfully generated and the delivery email was sent, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
Exceptions
We will only consider a refund in cases of verified technical failure — meaning our system logs confirm that:
- Your payment was processed but no prediction was generated, and
- No email was sent to your address, and
- You are unable to access your result on the site
Requests based on dissatisfaction with the content of a delivered prediction are not eligible for refunds.

Please include your payment confirmation and the email address used. We will review our system logs and respond within 3 business days.
