Jeffrey Célavie (jeffreycelavie.team) is an independent AI-astrology project delivering a personal “Prophecy Card” PDF. We do not sell personal data. We keep things minimal, transparent, and secure.

▸2) Who can use the service (Minors)
Our service is intended for **adults (16+) only**. If you are **under 16**, do not use the service and do not submit any personal data. We remove under-16 data when discovered.
▸3) What data we process

Order & delivery

  • Email (for delivery), name (optional).
  • Birth details: date, time (optional if unknown), city/country — used for astrological computation.
  • Optional fields from the Tally form (e.g., focus, notes).

Technical

  • Basic logs for security and anti-abuse (e.g., Wordfence), aggregated analytics (traffic only).
  • Cookies essential to run the site; see section 7.

Payments

  • Handled by the payment provider via Tally. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
▸4) How it’s processed
  1. You submit the Tally form (email + birth details must be accurate).
  2. Our in-house workflow (“Jeffrey 1.5”) validates basics and prepares inputs.
  3. The latest GPT model runs the triple-astrology calculation (Western, Vedic/Kundli, Chinese cycles).
  4. An 8-page PDF is generated and emailed to you (~10 minutes depending on queue).
We **do not** repurpose personal details for ads and **never** sell data.

  • Contract: provide and deliver your Prophecy Card.
  • Legitimate interest: security (anti-fraud/abuse), reliability, performance.
  • Legal obligations: accounting/compliance.
Data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service, resolve issues, and meet legal duties; then minimized or anonymized.

We operate on **Microsoft** startup-grade cloud infrastructure and align with **OpenAI** safety guidelines for model usage. This means security, monitoring, and policy-driven handling of inputs/outputs. We remain fully independent.

We use essential cookies (security, session) and aggregated analytics for traffic overview. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
▸8) No professional advice
The Prophecy Card and any AI content are **not** medical, psychological, legal, or **financial** advice. Do not use them to replace professional judgment or emergency help. If you feel unwell or at risk, contact qualified professionals in your country.
▸9) Refunds
The Prophecy Card is a **custom digital good** generated per request with real compute cost. **No refunds** once the PDF is delivered, including dissatisfaction with outcomes or future interpretations. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will attempt a re-send.
▸10) Your privacy rights
Where applicable, you may have rights such as access, deletion, or objection under data-protection laws. We follow platform-level standards (Microsoft/OpenAI-aligned) and handle requests through our operational channels. We do **not** publish a dedicated GDPR contact here.

We may update this page to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The effective date is shown at the top.
